Kasti mempertemukan 2 kelompok, sarana yang digunakan adalah sejenis bola sebesar bola tenis yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk menembak lawan. Pada awal permainan, ditentukan dahulu kelompok mana yang akan menjadi penjaga awal dan kelompok yang dikejar dengan suit. Kelompok yang menjadi penjaga harus segera menangkap bola secepatnya. Apabila bola berhasil menyentuh lawan, maka kelompok yang anggotanya tersentuh bola menjadi penjaga. Kerjasama antaranggota kelompok sangat dibutuhkan seperti halnya olahraga softball atau baseball.
